Check-in is from 2:00 PM until 11:30 PM. Guests must be at least 18 to check-in.

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Rua Arraia 425]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 6:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
